Marguerite Hammerschmidt

Marguerite (Peggy) Hammerschmidt is a founder of HS&A, P.C. where she has practiced Consumer Bankruptcy law since 2001. She did her undergraduate work at the University of Detroit, where she attended on an athletic scholarship and received her J.D. at Wayne State University Law School. She is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and Consumer Bankruptcy Association. In her free time, she enjoys cooking and spending time with her twin daughters and newborn son.

Peggy is also active in her community, volunteering time to a home for mentally handicapped young men and women run by the Servants of Charity. She is also active in her children’s pre-school and after school activities.
